These creme fraiche pancakes are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. They’re thick but fluffy and light at the same time, and the creme on top makes for the perfect pancake stack. This place is a MUST try!

Such rich and savory flavors from the pureed potatoes and fat from the eggs and bacon. The crunch that comes from the toast that has been dipped into this jar of goodness is just joy for my taste buds. My mouth is drooling thinking about it.
