Chef’s notes: A simple bowl of rice, dressed with our house soy sauce, really good butter from our local Calder Dairy, and sesame seeds. This was my favorite childhood meal. It is still my perennial happy meal, especially with a soft egg on the rice.
all-white meat chicken breast fillet, marinated in the famous Popeyes blend of Louisiana seasonings, then hand-battered and breaded in buttermilk coating. Served with crisp barrel cured pickles, and spicy mayonnaise on a warm and toasted buttery brioche bun.

"The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was excellent. This is a massive sandwich and at $3.99 is a great deal! Waited 20 minutes to order and another 30 minutes to get the sandwich, and it was worth every single minute of waiting. No joke, probably better than any other fried chicken sandwich in town other than @malousfriedchicken's OG Sandwich." - @o.meid
