Without a doubt the best burger that I've ever had, and anecdotally , everybody who I have brought with me over the years agrees - oh, and the rest of the menu is spectacular too! Suffice it to say, Au Cheval is well worth the oft long wait , which flies by thanks to West Loop having plenty of watering holes to grab a cocktail and pass the time.
