Auntie Zhang’s Chinese Noodles [Ground pork, chewy mung bean noodles, so much garlic, doubanjiang, Sichuan oil] — The heat in this dish is out of this world! We ordered it without the ground pork but I’m sure that the protein makes it so much better

Our first time trying Ginger Pig was when they opened up as a stall at Rosetta Food Hall @rosettafoodhall To see them get a brick and mortar and do so incredibly, with so many new menu items, truly puts a smile on my face! Everything was so delicious — cannot wait to go back soon!

Anyway, @thehalalguyscolorado LEGIT tastes just like the street food that I’ve had and fell in love with in Israel and it stays true to its middle eastern roots! Pro-tip: make sure to put french fries inside your gyro, because it just makes things better. Oh and may I just say how amazing and crispy the falafel is… yum! I can truly see why this was the biggest hype in New York — thank you for bringing this to Colorado!

Hailing from Clarksville, Texas (#iykyk), Aaron sells plates of smoked meats by the pounds most weekends. This is straight up traditional Texas barbecue—no bells and whistles needed. And this North Texas girl was very happy.

I can’t tell you what my favorite bite was—between the spare ribs, pulled pork, and homemade green chili sausage, there’s something for everyone here, and it is all delicious. I have to say I am more of a brisket gal, but that pulled pork was juicy, sweet, and I’d make a ton of sandwiches out of it if I could. I’ve also heard he makes a mean turkey leg—that’s next on my list.
