Auntie Zhang’s Chinese Noodles [Ground pork, chewy mung bean noodles, so much garlic, doubanjiang, Sichuan oil] — The heat in this dish is out of this world! We ordered it without the ground pork but I’m sure that the protein makes it so much better

Our first time trying Ginger Pig was when they opened up as a stall at Rosetta Food Hall @rosettafoodhall To see them get a brick and mortar and do so incredibly, with so many new menu items, truly puts a smile on my face! Everything was so delicious — cannot wait to go back soon!

@thehalalguys just opened in Colorado and this is your reminder to put it on your list! Especially because today is… FRY DAY 🎵fry-day, fry-day, gotta get down on fry-day… Everybody's lookin' forward to the weekend, weekend🎵 ugh, Friday by Rebecca Black will just forever be in my heart.

Anyway, @thehalalguyscolorado LEGIT tastes just like the street food that I’ve had and fell in love with in Israel and it stays true to its middle eastern roots! Pro-tip: make sure to put french fries inside your gyro, because it just makes things better. Oh and may I just say how amazing and crispy the falafel is… yum! I can truly see why this was the biggest hype in New York — thank you for bringing this to Colorado!

Hailing from Clarksville, Texas (#iykyk), Aaron sells plates of smoked meats by the pounds most weekends. This is straight up traditional Texas barbecue—no bells and whistles needed. And this North Texas girl was very happy.

I can’t tell you what my favorite bite was—between the spare ribs, pulled pork, and homemade green chili sausage, there’s something for everyone here, and it is all delicious. I have to say I am more of a brisket gal, but that pulled pork was juicy, sweet, and I’d make a ton of sandwiches out of it if I could. I’ve also heard he makes a mean turkey leg—that’s next on my list.

@moesbagels are show stoppers so it's fitting that they can be found on Broadway Blvd. They are baked fresh daily in an assortment of flavors from the obvious choices–poppyseed and sesame–to the out there options–granola and tomato cheddar. Even though chicken salad can often be found on crackers or tea sandwiches, @moesbagels makes it an easy choice to put on one of their crisp yet chewy bagels. They tend to toast their sandwiches to accentuate this awesome contrast. In this case, it melts the cream cheese and bit for added creaminess to the chicken salad. The honey and poppy seed add much-needed sweetness to balance out the flakes of salt on top of the bagel we chose. It's an ideal picnic idea or lunch for breakfast. Regardless, the options don't end there. They have breakfast sandwiches that are always better on a bagel than regular white bread. We can even build our own, now that deserves a standing ovation.

@meltedbecool just recently reopened and is back to bring a sweet finish to a night after enjoying the rest of the restaurants that the source has to offer. As the weather gets warmer, there is nothing that is more refreshing and joyous than a humble ice cream cone. It pushes aside the conventional chocolate vanilla swirl that comes out of most machines and rotates 4 flavors monthly. Lucky Charms is their version of cereal milk ice cream and gets finished off with the crispy marshmallows. Instead of the standard vanilla, the condensed milk has a richer developed flavor. The Thai tea swirled with the condensed milk base makes this drink come alive as a frozen alternative to the real thing. The entire setup is meant to bring brightens to all those that come through. Colorful cones and outrageous sprinkles are a must add. While the macarons and cookies are a nice complement. The cookie monster blue is spot on for her macarons and the cookie butter filling is exactly what any cookie monster would want. Interestingly enough, a lot of the options are vegan so all can enjoy the richness that is ice cream and desserts.
