Loved how strong the flavours of matcha and hojicha were; the earthiness of the ice cream was perfectly complemented by the sweet red bean paste and candied chestnut. The hokkaido milk soft serve was super creamy and rich too.

What made this dessert even better was the variety of textures - the crispy waffle cup, the chewy shiratama dango (mochi), the velvety smooth ice cream - they all go so well together!

This steak tartare is packed with flavour - it's spicy, savoury and citrusy. The texture of the meat is super smooth. What makes this stands out though, is definitely the bone marrow underneath which melts in your mouth. The butteriness of the bone marrow complements the refreshing steak tartare really well!

This lime cheesecake is super light - very different to the usual new york cheesecake you get, almost having the texture of a mousse. The lime flavour is really distinct. This cake is vegan and gluten-free as well!

The pork crackling was super crispy and the meat was so tender that it melts in your mouth. There's only a thin layer of fat which I like as I don't like meats that are too fatty!

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the pork katsu pairs really well with the rich, flavourful Japanese curry. The scrambled eggs were soft and creamy and I loved how they used fried rice instead of plain white rice inside. Really hearty and definitely a great comfort food!

This salad is one of Palco's signature menu items and you can see why: it's quite attractive, really quite tasty, and the concept of a pigeon leg salad is reasonably unique. There was a good mix of greens tossed together in a tangy olive oil-based dressing, topped with cherry tomatoes and of course, the aforementioned pigeon legs.

This was a hearty, creamy risotto interspersed with pulverised broccoli that appeared to qualify for 1 of my 5 a day. The risotto was well-made, with each grain pleasantly chewy as one should expect of a nice risotto. The braised pork knuckle was presented in delectable chunks and quite pleasant.

A skilfully layered affair featuring the beloved trifecta of tomato, pesto and parmesan that provided a generous base for the octopus. You can now forget all the stringy and/or overly chewy and possibly bland octopus you've had in your life. This is it -- and on toast!

Lovely! Fresh! The heirloom tomatoes were refreshingly sweet, with satisfyingly creamy dollops of ricotta hidden underneath, and the piquant olives that rounded out every bite. The clear broth jelly that coated the dish in a light layer was also very appetizing, providing a fine savoury acidity that complemented the tomatoes well.

Have you tried barbecue pork ribs marinated with beer? It can actually make the ribs more tender๐Ÿ˜ The ribs were perfectly seasoned, and surprisingly a lot of intercostal muscles in between!! The salad was refreshing too! Mango and prawns could never go wrong, but whatโ€™s more was that they even added a pinch of spice on top of the prawns to give an extra dash of spiciness!๐ŸŒถ Portion of nachos was quite large!! Would be better if the nachos and sauce were separated when served so the nachos could still be crispy!
