A summer classic! This peach cobbler was nothing short of delicious. The peaches were so juicy, with a crisp topping, and super soft in the center.

OMG, my palate was satisfied! Have y'all ever had Oxtails? Oxtails are the tail of cattle, it's a long bone surrounded by gelatinous protein/meat.
This restaurant is making out of this world Oxtails! Deep, rich, tender, fall off the bone delicious knobby chunks of beef braised in a liquid that is just so fragrant and silky smooth. My mouth is literally watering as I type this.
Spiced lamb and beef served with grilled onions and tomatoes, and a side of basmati rice.

Loaded stuffed seafood potato with butter, cheddar, green onion, shrimp, crawfish. Topped with baked Catfish which is then topped with a crabcake and a cajun sauce with more crawfish and shrimp.

A classic southern dessert! I'm addicted to all things Bread Pudding.
This bread pudding has that soft middle and nice crisp edges, but the rum sauce elevates it to another level. I want to soak in that thick and creamy, hints of vanilla sauce. I will lick the plate clean for that sauce, that's how deep my love goes.
Fried chicken over mac n cheese with cheese and crawdat cream sauce.
