Famous for its (beef) offal dishes, Shui Kee has been a local beloved dai pai dong for over 6 decades. In an inconspicuous and narrow alley, the cozy diner offer options of variety meats including some relatively rare ones like the abomasum (็‰›ๆฒ™็“œ, the 4th stomach), trachea (็‰›่„†้ชจ) and skirt steak (็ˆฝ่…ฉ).

I love Shanghai cuisine and Lao Ji Tang is one of my favourite Shanghai restaurants in Hong Kong. While crab dishes are the signature, I would highly recommend the Deep Fried Shrimps, itโ€™s flavourful, crispy and with a wonderfully sugary hint.

The acclaimed seafood restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants in Lisbon, it is highly recommended by both locals and tourists. The freshness of the seafood is just unparalleled, you might cry a little. We revisited and revisited the restaurant during the short stay as we just cannot get enough. We also adore the oysters and many other seafood from the menu. Gosh it was just simply finger-licking good.

The chic restaurant is famous for their exquisite modern French cuisine as well as their wine selection. The diners could try something different every time as they renew their menu every 6-8 weeks. Their beef tartare and foie gras are especially remarkable. Apart from the food, you might also enjoy the warm, welcoming and attentive services from the cosy bistro, along with the introduction of the dishes as they served. I have been visiting them as many times as I could and I always look forward to my next visit.

The rich and freshness explode in every and each of your taste bud and you would just come back for more. You would also be impressed by the mastersโ€™ passion and skill as you watch them preparing the dishes - one could only describe it as a form of art and high level of craftsmanship.
