Where do vegans get their protein from? This sandwich! There is so much tofu between these bread slices! Additionally the house pesto is reason enough to order this meal.
Kung Pao Tofu is served with marinated tofu, peanuts, and vegetables with a side of broccoli and brown rice. The donut is vegan with a seasonal orange creasmicle flavored icing. The Community Mosaic IPA is one of the canned beer options available.

HapPea Vegans serves a rotating Bento Box. They always have the iconic Hello Kitty onigiri, but the stuffing inside changes weekly. Additionally the Korean Fried Chicken is always crispy but sauced differently each week. The owner likes to share different flavors from her culture, and this Bento Box is the perfect way to accomplish that.
Banana nut waffles topped with a banana pudding drizzle and crispy vegan fried chicken. It is served with a brulee banana on the side and edible decorations such as flowers, microgreens, and glitter.

This is the perfect brunch meal as it is sweet, savory, and filling! The chicken is made in-house from non-GMO soy and vital wheat gluten. It is breaded and fried right before serving. The texture and taste is so good you would never think twice about it being vegan. The waffles are soft and crispy with whole chunks of walnuts and banana inside. Sunday Funday does not get better than this meal.
The vegan Reuben is made with marinated seitan, vegan smoked Gouda, sauerkraut, and vegan 1000 island dressing on toasted rye bread. The mac and cheese is shell pasta covered with dairy free sauce and has bits of broccoli mixed in.

This is a vegan black-owned business. The food is inspired by his West African background. All the food is flavorful and can be made spicy if you enjoy some heat.
The Impossible burger patty is normally served with a potato bun and pub sauce. but in this version the patty is sandwiched between Easy Tiger sourdough bread to be made vegan. It is topped with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. On the side is a generous portion of seasoned chips.

Blackstar Coop pays their employees liveable wages. While the menu items might seem high, it essentially includes the tip in the cost. Blackstar Coop also brews their own beers and you can enjoy a pint on their patio or take it to go in a crowler.
The beet latte is steamed to perfection with your milk of choice. It is naturally caffeine free but you can add a shot of espresso if needed. The poptart is from Miss Chickpea’s bakeshop and was filled with blueberries. This pop tart is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Berry to Bean Coffeehouse is a small coffee shop but their menu is extensive. They have many specialty lattes available such as this beet one. If you are hungry they get fresh baked goods delivered regularly from a vegan bakery called Miss Chickpea’s. Try to get their fast because the pastries sell out early.

These owners drive down to Arizona to pick up authentic ingredients to bring Tuscan back to Austin. You have never had a hot dog quite like this one. Very flavorful and filling at a reasonable price. The hot dog pictured is vegan and tastes just as gratifying as the other hot dogs on the menu.
