The beef was perfectly cooked - super tender and juicy. Richly flavoured and earthy, the mushroom duxelles complemented the buttery, flaky puff pastry and the beef tenderloin really well. The red wine jus no doubt elevated the dish even further! The restaurant was super cozy and friendly too.
