Loved that they combined authentic and contemporary textures and flavours together. It may look like a simple dish, but the filling and flavours stood out the most. If you love pineapple bun, this is a must order!

@bluesupremehk is known for its live farmhouse craft beers, but their housemade cookies and mint milk dessert is also very popular! the cookie itself is so gooey and soft with a lot of melty chocolate pieces. the mint milk compliments the cookie very well, it is subtle and fresh and balances out the sweetness of the cookie. it is definitely a nostalgic and comfort food and a perfect way to finish off brunch ☺️

Tiffin at @grandhyatthongkong is one of my fave in HK! I went there during the summer and they have a dessert buffet with crepes, ice cream, chocolate, macarons and many more. This is their Autumn set and they come out with new sets seasonally! I loved that their treats have a perfect balance of savoury and sweetness.

The pita pocket is super filling and healthy, perfect for a quick lunch or picnic with friends since they only do takeaway! It is loaded with veges and fresh herbs. I would ask them to go lighter on the sauce next time though, but I will definitely go back for more since it’s convenient and also healthy!

Finally found a decent doughnut shop in HK πŸ™ŒπŸΌTheir glazed doughnuts are really soft, they just melt in your mouth right away and they are not overly sweet. The sugar coated doughnut probably stood out the most because of its chewy texture, its very different from the glazed ones. My fave to least fave would be: Sugar coated, ferrero rocher and original glaze. I highly recommend checking @doughbydesignhk out and support them during these difficult times, you wont be disappointed! ❀️🍩

This is @marudesan.hk β€˜s clear madai broth ramen, it is super rich paired with the oyster oil. I love the soup base, its not super fishy and has tons of flavours from simmering for many hours. The crispy fish skins and pieces of fish (on top of the meat) are also great additions to the ramen. It is a different kind of ramen but it is worth a try! Theres always a line so plan ahead πŸ˜‰

@beefandliberty had a new pop up in honour of Veganuary! @leavesandliberty , their sister brand created a vegan menu in January that includes small bites, burgers and drinks. They still have some vegan options in their regular menu so definitely check them out! I always recommend the impossible meat burgers to my non vegan friends because the taste is quite similar to actual meat patties 🀀

Can’t say no to having brunch at the rooftop with an amazing view of Causeway Bay! 🀩 @mmtcoffeehk is a cafe by day and izakaya by night. Loved the all day breakfast, they were very generous with the portions, and the coffee is so smooth as well! πŸ‘πŸΌ
